Entry Life is a New Zealand startup studio that co-builds ventures with founders, funds and corporate teams — strategy, technology and operations under one roof, from ideation to traction.
We built the studio because we'd lived the problem it solves. This page is the story, the model, and the two people accountable for it.
Why the studio exists
We lived the problem before we built the answer.
Building a venture means assembling strategy, technology and operations from vendors who don't talk to each other and don't share your risk. Our founders lived this from both sides — as builders inside Pakistan's tech ecosystem, and as community builders in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Along the way, a conviction formed: the most powerful technology should be built by and for the communities mainstream tech overlooks — and great ideas from those communities fail not for lack of vision, but for lack of execution infrastructure. Talent is everywhere; venture-grade execution is not.
What we built instead
So we built a studio, not an agency.
A startup studio is a hands-on company builder. Rather than advising from the outside or delivering a project and leaving, a studio embeds its own team inside a venture — working across strategy, technology and operations as a committed co-builder, often with shared incentives. Entry Life applies this model to partner ventures at every stage, from concept validation to global expansion.
In practice: one team, three pillars — strategic, technical, operational — and one point of accountability, from ideation to traction. Where it fits, we take equity, so we win when you win. We don't partner with startups to deliver services. We partner to build futures together.

Anthony Malaki Foua (Anitoni)
Co-Founder & CEO · Auckland, New Zealand
Anitoni is a New Zealand Pacifika entrepreneur, community builder and technologist. He drives Entry Life's overall vision and ecosystem partnerships, and stewards the studio's mission: connecting people to meaningful opportunity across health, commerce, creativity and community. His founding conviction — that the world's most powerful technology platforms should be built by and for the communities mainstream tech has overlooked — is the reason the studio exists.
Muhammad Amin Jan
Co-Founder & COO · Islamabad, Pakistan
Amin is a technology operator and product builder with deep roots in Pakistan's tech ecosystem. As COO, he leads day-to-day operations, studio execution and partner engagements — translating strategy into the systems, processes and team structures that make ventures work in practice. He is the architect of how Entry Life delivers: product development, engineering team management and startup scaling, applied with the founder empathy of someone who has navigated the same product and team pressures our partners face.

One studio, two cities, one accountable partner.
Entry Life is led from Auckland, New Zealand, with senior delivery capability in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The structure is deliberate, and it is not an offshoring story. The Islamabad capability is led by a co-founder of the studio — not managed through a subcontract — which means you get access to one of the world's deepest engineering talent pools with NZ-company governance and a named principal answerable for the work. Cross-cultural fluency isn't a slogan here; it's the founding team.
