What we do
Strategy, technology and operations.
One team, one point of accountability.
Every venture needs three things: a strategy worth funding, a product worth using, and an operating machine that doesn't collapse under growth. Most founders buy them from three vendors who never speak to each other.
Entry Life delivers all three from one embedded team — the studio model. The plan is written by people who will build against it. The product is shipped by people who helped shape the plan. The operations are designed by people who know what the product needs to scale. From ideation to traction, there's one partner and one phone number. We answer it.
30 minutes with a founding principal.
Why one team matters
Ideas don't die of bad luck. They die in handoffs.
Here's the assembly most founders end up with: a strategy consultant who produces a deck and departs; a development agency that builds to the deck's spec — including its mistakes — then hands over the code and leaves; and an HR firm hiring for a company neither of the first two ever understood. Three contracts, three contexts, zero shared risk. Every join between them is a place where your idea loses fidelity and your runway loses months.
A startup studio removes the joins. What does a startup studio do? It embeds one team inside your venture, working across strategy, technology and operations as a committed co-builder — often with shared incentives — instead of advising from the outside or delivering a scope and leaving. One team means the trade-offs get made in the same room: strategy knows what's buildable, engineering knows why it's being built, and operations knows what both will need to run.
The three-vendor assembly
⤫ = a handoff, where fidelity and runway are lost
The studio loop
One embedded team. The trade-offs get made in the same room.
The three pillars of partner support
The plan. The product. The operating machine.
- 01 — Strategic
Know what to build, and why it wins.
The problem
Most early-stage strategy is a pitch deck written backwards from a valuation. It survives until first contact with a customer, an investor's third question, or your own engineers.
What we do
- Market positioning
- Go-to-market planning
- Business model design
- Investor readiness
- Pitch deck development
Strategy in depth →What you get
A position you can defend, a route to market you can execute, and a plan the technical team actually builds against — because it's the same team. Investor readiness means a narrative and financials that survive diligence; it is never a promise of funding.
- 02 — Technical
Ship the product, not just the code.
The problem
Without senior technical leadership, every architecture decision is a coin toss you'll pay for at scale — and agencies are structurally incentivised to build what's specified, not what's right.
What we do
- MVP & product development
- AI/ML integration
- Web3 & blockchain
- Architecture design
- Tech stack advisory
Product & technology in depth →What you get
A product built by an in-house engineering team under a named principal — architecture chosen for where you're going, not just where you are, and build judgement applied before the code, not after the invoice. At seed stage this pillar also carries CTO-as-a-service: senior technical leadership without the executive salary you can't yet carry.
- 03 — Operational
Run like a company, not a project.
The problem
Products rarely die of technical causes. They die because the company around them was never built: no hiring engine, no processes, no financial visibility, no way to know what's working.
What we do
- Team building & hiring
- Process design & SOPs
- Financial modelling
- KPI dashboards & OKRs
- Growth & scaling ops
Operations in depth →What you get
The operating machine, built deliberately: people hired with you rather than for you, processes documented so they survive any individual, financials you can put in front of a board, and metrics that tell you the truth. Handover is designed in from day one — the goal is a venture that runs without dependency on the studio.
Across all three — the leadership layer
And someone to lead the technical calls while we build.
The three pillars are what a venture needs; CTO-as-a-service is who leads the hardest technical decisions when you can't yet hire a CTO. It runs across the build rather than inside it — a named principal in your stand-ups and board calls, with an honest path to your own full-time hire. Leadership, not another team to manage.
Built in-house, across four domains
Do you build the technology yourselves? Yes. Here's where.
Everything under the Technical pillar is delivered by our own engineering team — no subcontracted white-labelling, no rotating bench. Four domains cover the range:
Technologies we've built with include React Native, Ethereum, Fireblocks and Unity3D — named as tools used in delivery, nothing more.
Mobile & web applications
Intuitive, scalable, performance-driven products built for real users and real-world scale — from React Native apps to progressive web experiences.
Artificial intelligence & machine learning
Custom AI/ML — LLM integration, predictive analytics, intelligent automation — applied where it moves a metric for your venture, not where it decorates a pitch.
Web3, blockchain & DeFi
Decentralised applications, smart contracts and tokenomics design, approached engineering-first: custody-grade security and the discipline that real-money systems demand. It's one of four domains here, because what transfers from this work isn't the token — it's the engineering.
Research & development
Exploratory engineering and prototyping: stress-testing assumptions and taking an idea to proof-of-concept before you commit serious runway to it.
Matched to your stage
What you need from us depends on where you are.
A pre-seed founder needs concept validation and an MVP scope. A seed-stage team needs CTO-as-a-service and investor readiness. A Series A company needs growth architecture and leadership hiring. Same pillars, different intensity — we flex the support, the team allocation and the engagement structure to your stage, from pre-idea through to expansion.
The full stage-by-stage map — including the four engagement models and how the equity option works — lives on our engagement page.
Includes the answer to "what will this cost me in cash or equity."
Where this has worked

Our client work sits under NDAs, so we publish sector, scope, stack and outcome rather than names — every figure verified before it appears.
- FintechMulti-currency wallet
Real money, real users, real custody.
Challenge: a consumer fintech handling live funds across currencies. Built: custody integration, transfers, USD/EUR/GBP conversion, revenue-share dashboard and a public API — React Native and Fireblocks.
- Blockchain gamingFull stack
From token design to live game client.
Challenge: a play-to-earn platform needing one coherent build. Built: Unity3D game client, mobile apps, web platform, token infrastructure and smart contracts.

What does a startup studio actually deliver?
Three integrated capabilities: strategy (market positioning, go-to-market, business model design, investor readiness, pitch development), technology (MVP and product development, AI/ML, Web3, architecture, stack advisory) and operations (hiring, process design, financial modelling, growth ops, KPIs). Unlike buying these from separate vendors, a studio delivers them from one embedded team with a single point of accountability, from ideation to traction.
What does "single point of accountability" mean in practice?
It means one partner is answerable for the outcome across strategy, build and operations — not three vendors each answerable for a fragment. Practically: one proposal, one team in your stand-ups, one place decisions get made, and one phone number when something goes wrong. No vendor-to-vendor handoffs where context — and accountability — gets lost.
Do you build the technology in-house?
Yes. Everything under the Technical pillar is delivered by Entry Life's own engineering team, led by a named principal — no subcontracted white-labelling. The team builds across mobile and web applications, AI/ML, Web3 and blockchain, and R&D prototyping, with senior delivery capability based in Islamabad under a co-founder of the studio.
Is this just for crypto companies?
No. Web3 is one of four technology domains, and what transfers from that work isn't the token — it's the engineering: custody-grade security, real-money transaction systems, and consumer applications at scale. The studio works across sectors; the pillars apply wherever a venture needs a plan, a product and an operating machine.
One team, your venture
Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you which pillars it needs.
The intro call is a diagnosis, not a pitch: your stage, your sector, the decision in front of you — and an honest answer about whether the studio fits. If we're not the right partner, we'll say so, and point you somewhere better where we can.
