Every build is led by a founding principal — engineering leadership with a delivery record you can check, not a rotating bench. Senior delivery capability is based in Islamabad under a co-founder of the studio, working as one team with Auckland.
Architecture decisions are made and documented at principal level; the code is written by the studio's own engineers. You always know who is answerable — that's the point.
